Product description

This square cartoon greeting card features an iconic sporting cartoon by Norman Thelwell. Left blank on the inside allowing you to pen messages for many different occasions; birthdays, weddings, thank you's, congratulations, Fathers Day, Mothers Day and great for longer correspondence too. All greeting cards are printed in the UK on carbon neutral card stock made from sustainable resources. Along the the fleck brown envelope made from recycled paper, they are both fully compostable.

Norman Thelwell is regarded as the unofficial artist of the British countryside and is possibly the most popular cartoonist in Britain. He commented on many aspects of human behaviour, but he is perhaps most synonymous with little girls and their little fat ponies. They have helped tonsure his continuing popularity and his immortality.

Thelwell’s range as a cartoonist has gone far beyond ponies - fishing, gardening, house-hunting, motoring, sailing, dogs, cats, farming, stately homes, children and country pursuits have all been given his unique and iconic treatment.
