Hat Silks Racesafe
Customers are charged postage based on the weight of the order and where in the world the goods are being delivered. This is calculated for you in the website checkout area or by using the check delivery button above, making the shopping process quick and easy for our customers.
We aim to dispatch orders within 1-2 working days, we endeavor to dispatch express orders same day if ordered before 2 O'Clock. Any special requests later on please call us on 01299 851 625.
Please make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice within 28 days.
Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be in a resalable condition with labels attached and in original undamaged packaging.
All bespoke items are non returnable.
Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs and the customer is responsible for sending back the item. Returns labels can be purchased here https://www.treehouseonline.co.uk/p/royal_mail_tracked_48_returns_label.

Our Hat silks are made in England by a top quality racing silks manufacturer Racesafe.
- 2 options in the hat silks - the Traditional is where the design is stitched on in a soft finish nylon satin. The Printed way is where the design is printed into the fabric.
- Extensive variety of colours and designs available. If you would like Alternating sections and Designs eg a red star on a black section and next section vice versa, please state this in comments section at the end of the order. Each hat cover is individually made.
- Bespoke designs available, please call or email us.
- Available in M, L, XL, XXL
- Choice of ties or elastic
- Pom Poms are available in various colours
- Express manufacture (2-3 working days) at extra charge. (Please note this is a different charge from the Express Delivery as the hat covers need to be made).

Early last year I sent you a short video showing my granddaughter Phoebe wearing her blue teeshirt and pom-pom hat which I had purchased from you and sent to her in New Zealand. This year her older sister India wanted similar and chose the pink colour, which you provided. About a year ago they both had new horses and have been enjoying life with them since, especially at the ODEs almost every weekend. I thought you might like to see how happy they look in their shirts and hats. As you can imagine I think they look gorgeous!!
