When returning please

  • Make sure that all returned items are returned with the delivery note / invoice. If doing an exchange we will send out the exchange product free of post charge.
  • Select 'Collect from Treehouse' so shipping costs are not charged and we will email it to you.
  • Make sure the label to The Treehouse, New Farm, Rushock, Droitwich, WR9 0NR,United Kingdom is clearly visible on the package.
  • Please take the parcel to a Post Office or use the link https://send.royalmail.com/send/youritem to organise a collection from your home address. 
  • Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be unused.
  • It is difficult for Treehouse to accept returns of items made specifically for the customer.
  • Credits/Refunds will not be issued for delivery costs.
  • The customer is responsible for sending back the item within the returns time frame and is responsible for the item until it arrives in our office.
