Any items returned for reasons other than defects must be in a resalable condition with labels attached and in original undamaged packaging.

Then send over the logo in an email to info@treehouseonline.co.uk with your order number. The embroidery thread colours will be matched to your logo. Please allow 1-2 weeks for embroidery and if for a special date then please let us know.
